Practice core level GCSE questions; quick, easy and fun Maths Morsels is a great way to practice answering questions under time pressure.

While we all know practicing little and often is the best way to improve your results, getting out bulky text books or working your way through a worksheet regularly is not easy when you are a teenager. A work sheet or exercise in a book can look like a lot of work. This app gives you a short sharp ten minute learning hit.

You get to practice skills on a regular basis, and like the exam you just dont know whats coming up next, so it helps you focus on your general skills rather than the topic you are studying at any given time. You no longer slip into the learn - test - forget cycle because you retain more skills, so when it comes to revision time you no longer have to relearn everything - because you already know it! Dont be one of those students who needs to bury themselves in revision the last few weeks before the exams!

For each session a new set of up to 50 random questions is generated for each ten minute practice session. So you can go for speed or accuracy or both. The 50 question allows students to effectively pass on a question they cannot answer by guessing, incorrect responses do not generate negative marks and in the real thing a guess is better than nothing! Thats good exam technique.

Confidence in answering questions in a range of topics in a short space of time is often the key to success in exams. Its all about getting your brain used to doing just that - the more you practice the better you get. And it shouldnt be something that is perceived to be so much like hard work that its easy to put off. After all its just ten minutes….

This app is about instant gratification, young students often get lost in a written explanation of what they did wrong, it is often all about the result and improving that number. The app just gives feed back on how many answers are correct against how many questions attempted.

10 minutes every day on the bus, in the car or even while waiting for a tv program could give you a significant advantage in the classroom, taking tests or just to give yourself a life in revision time!.
